Very little needs to be said about this marvelous representation, we feel, as the explicit details here are self-evident. Probably dating to the 30s-40s, we can only marvel that such a bauble was produced during more conservative times. We have polished the enamel shiny but left the rich patina in wings' grooves. On obverse, partial "sterling" stamps visible in recesses of labia. Curiously, the enameled triangle appears to have been manufactured separately and added to the winged section, as it is also (redundantly) stamped sterling. Brooch is in excellent condition.
